Jazzed Up About Volatile

The boys are back in town, but not just any boys, the Volatile boys. On Monday, May 2 at 3 p.m., the owners and designers of Volatile Shoes Brian Lovely and Michael Lovely will visit Shoefits, a Houma shoe store, along with their sales representative Ed Olvera.

The Volatile boys are traveling around Louisiana, visiting their top shoe stores. During their travels, they are looking forward to meeting their biggest supporters, their customers. The duo will make three appearances at local retailers in Lafayette, Baton Rouge and Houma, during the kick-off celebration of the 2011 New Orleans Jazz Festival. These retailers will also host contests and giveaways during these in-store visits.

Brian and Mike look forward to celebrating Louisiana heritage and bringing the community together. Volatile is a continued supporter of rebuilding the local communities destroyed by Hurricanes Rita and Katrina. This year also marks the third year that Volatile makes a donation to Habitat for Humanity.

After being in business for over then years, Volatile Footwear has established itself as one the leading brands in the industry and has gained international recognition. The company designs and develops a diverse line of shoes including platform sneakers, sandals and boots while filling an industry void of shoes that are stylish and comfortable. Launched in 1999, Volatile has evolved and has developed its premium line of shoes, Very Volatile which focuses on the fashion forward consumer. Recently the company has added lines including Volatile Kids and Volatile Hand Bags.

In honor of their visit to Houma, Shoefits will host several contests and giveaways. One of the contests requires Volatile fans to bring their Volatile show collection to the store. The customer with the most Volatiles will win a free pair of Volatiles per month for 12 months.

Join the crowd at Shoefits, located at 1437 Saint Charles Suite 119 in Houma, and give the Volatile boys a warm Cajun welcome.
